SPONSORSHIP CHECK-LIST:

  • REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 1, 2026: Please register as a sponsor on the Sponsor Page of the TAA Website.  You will be able to immediately pay with a credit card (with the fees added) or you can print an invoice and mail payment in via a check.
  • On July 1, 2026 all 2025 Sponsorship ads/logos will be removed from the website and be replaced will all PAID sponsors for the new Sponsorship Year of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.  
  • ADD EMAILS TO YOUR CONTACT LIST: Add these e-mail addresses to your “known contact list” to receive notifications from TAA. audiologytexas@gmail.com
  • CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR UPDATES: Please check the Sponsor Page and Conference page of the TAA Website to receive updates for sponsors, conference schedule, and other important announcements.
  • SEND US YOUR LOGO/ ADVERTISEMENTS: Review Advertisement Instructions on page 3 of this guide and send logo and ads in to take full advantage of the advertisement opportunities.
  • SILENT AUCTION: Consider donating items to the silent auction for the conference and don’t forget to bid on your favorite item at the conference!
  • HAVE FUN: TAA Conference is a fun time to get to know Texas Audiologists! Learn something new, compete in the Costume Contest, dance with us at the Dinner Dance, and encourage all your customers to attend

PLATINUM “OFFICIAL” ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP: $3,000

  • Company logo on the TAA site and linking to the Company website.
  • Year of Advertising 07/01/2026 TO 06/30/2027 on TAA website
  • Must send rotating advertisement file to audiologytexas@gmail.com
  • All ads and marketing include the statement: TAA OFFICIAL ANNUAL SPONSOR
  • Opportunity to be a special sponsor for the Scott Haug Foundation Dinner/Dance with an additional donation.
  • Full-color Ad in Newsletters (4X a Year)
  • Annual patron or fellow membership for one employee
  • Conference Registration with CEUs/Booth Participation for up to three (3) attendees, including meals.
  • Premium Booth location in Exhibit Hall at TAA 2026 Conference (2 tables upon request)
  • Electricity in the booth upon request • Full-color ad in the digital conference program
  • Contact list of annual conference attendees provided once registration is closed.
  • 2-hour Pre-Conference Spot with advertising on Thursday afternoon to offer training.
  • Participation in the “Technology Updates” session during the conference.

GOLD “OFFICIAL” ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP: $2,000

  • Company logo on the TAA site and linking to the Company website.
  • Year of Advertising 07/01/2026 TO 06/30/2027: Send a Rotating Ad to audiologytexas@gmail.com to be on the website all year long (website@texasaudiology.org)
  • All ads and marketing include the statement: TAA OFFICIAL ANNUAL SPONSOR
  • Opportunity to be a special sponsor for the Scott Haug Foundation Dinner/Dance with an additional donation.
  • Full-color Ad in Newsletters (4X a Year)
  • 2026 TAA Conference Registration with CEUs/Booth Participation for up to two (2) attendees, including meals.
  • One six-foot table in Exhibit Hall at Conference
  • Full-color ad conference program

SILVER ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP: $1,000

You may submit a new ad with each newsletter cycle or use one ad for the entire year.

  • Full color ad must be sized to 960 X 300 pixels and high resolution in a jpeg format that has been saved for “Web and Devices.”
  • Be sure to proudly add “Official TAA Annual Sponsor.”
  • Embed a link to your website. Include the company name and Banner ad in the title when you save.
