MEMBERSHIP TYPES

ANNUAL DUES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO MAY 1ST OF EACH YEAR OR A LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED.

Lifetime Members

Pay a one-time fee of $2500 and never be bothered with dues payments again!
Membership as a Lifetime Member shall be open to all audiologists having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology. Only Lifetime and Fellow Members who are licensed in the State of Texas are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors.  12 month and 24-month payment plans are also available.


Fellow Members

Annual dues: $120
Membership as a Fellow Member shall be open to all audiologists having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology. Only Lifetime, Fellow Members and Retired Fellow Members who are licensed in the State of Texas are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors. 


Associate Members

Annual dues: $75
Membership as an Associate Member shall be open to all Audiology Assistants having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology assistant. Only Lifetime and Fellow/Retired Fellow Members who are licensed in the State of Texas are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors.


Retired Fellow Members

Annual dues: $50

Membership as a Retired Member shall be open to all audiologists having a current and valid license who are no longer actively practicing. 


Student Members

Annual dues: $25
Membership as a Student Member shall be open to all graduate students majoring in audiology as verified by a university training program or postgraduate students currently working toward eligibility for state license as verified by a licensed audiologist. Student members have no vote in the academy and are not eligible for election to the Board of Directors. 


Patrons of the Academy

Annual dues: $150
Individuals who do not qualify as Fellow or Student Members may participate in the activities open to the public as Patrons of the Academy. Patrons of the Academy do not have voting privileges and are not eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.
